mbna-amex

Hi Guys, has anyone who has a Mbna-amex card noticed the new layout? Better;;;;It's worse.?
My latest transactions are 23/11th, nearly 3 weeks ago:
How are we to monitor fraud, if they don,t update our transactions.
Mbna have always been later than others at updating transactions, but, 3 weeks is a bit long.
I've just messaged them.
The,ve won all awards for best card provider.
I use it all the time, for 1% cashback.for years.
My Amex plat, is bang up to date, all my Shopsmall £5's are in, from 2 days ago.
So is my M/s mastercard.
Why mbna should take so longer than these is a mystery.:beer:

    hi guys, as no one replied to my above post, assumed it was just me that had a problem.
    however,I've Just been on Chat to them, apparently there's a glitch,and it's affecting loads of customers, they suggest clearing browser, history,etc.
    Has anyone tried this, to get latest transactions? As it,s not worked for me?
