Hello,
I am buying a shared ownership property and using Newbury Building Society as my lender. I have had my AIP from them and now, on Monday I am doing the full application. What the chances of it falling through etc?
Thank you

Every application is different as depends on your personal circumstances.0 -
We'd need to know your credit history really!
Do you have a financial advisor?
I don't know if you're local to Newbury or not, but I'm using a financial advisor there that has been very helpful.0 -
I have a car on finance and two credit cards which are paid off monthly. Never had any missed payments etc on my credit cards or bills. Credit rating is just over 800 last time I checked a few months ago.
I am using an FA based where I live in Wiltshire and he's been great, have received the AIP and he used the Newbury building society business manager and as long as everything matches up to what I've already said, he said it should be fine. Still nerve wracking though...0
