Make sure they actually take the coupon off total bill. It will scan fine until you pay then it says `coupon invalid`. I have taken to paying for them separately

Is it just my account or do others sometimes get email confirmation of CoS processing receipts and other times not (yet the account shows they have been processed)? Two of mine from yesterday have been processed, a different two have been processed for Mrs Anon and emails not received for all these . It doesn't seem to have we processed by either date/time or by product, so not sure whether a human randomly processing or a computer doing some automatically and others needing a manual check?
