  • Evening everyone,

Thanks annieme, looks like Stresscos aren't on the ball after all. Here's hoping they never do and run many future meal deals.

Got some earlier on but before its BG had a meltdown.

Also got some Ritz Crackers that are £1 in morries with 50p back on Sloppy. Took 3 attempts to upload receipt of crackers / milk & butter and it gave me back £1.15 which is correct and I didn't have to report it as a failed upload. But when I went to check the BG I couldn't find the crackers listed. Checked receipt and it seems I've only borrowed them!

I remember scanning them on the Sloppy app to make sure they were the right ones and then obviously forgot to self scan them, but it looks like Sloppy's robots aren't so clever after all.

Anyone else been paid for something that they have scanned but never bought?

My 2nd T Meal Deal was significantly reduced by some of my purchases of Whoopies/ RTC.

Does this mean it is still working!

I think our OH's are twins!

We do have the windows in the house, but no doors.

We do have the electricity cable acquired...... so when the roof is done OH will do the first fix of that, as we save up for more materials.

I have no idea what to do with the inside.

Whilst it is working out slow but well, I do worry about a new house not feeling like a home. I am sure I will get over this when we get to move in (in 20 years time!) lol

    :D
Think you are right. We do not have windows or doors but we do have:
light switches, sockets, light fittings both internal & external, loads of wiring, pipes, etc. Even have the utility units bought off ebay (unused still in box), the oven & hob & even loads of 2nd hand pieces of granite ready for work tops that all look brand new. He has been buying this in screwfix sales, gumtree, ebay, etc. Good job he has 2 units for his business to store it all in. Unsure what it will all look like when fitted as forgotten what we have bought.
I have also been buying new kitchen stuff - pans, cutlery, etc and have loads stored in our extension attic. Mostly bought with wombles & glitches. Even bought LED bulbs when cheap in Asda with wombles. it will all be out of fashion by the time it is in use.
