Thank you to the op for the T glitch. Just bought x2 & dh, who was with me said get another 2. So he takes shopping to car & I rush back in to pick up another 2. I left my brain at home as I stupidly picked up not 1 but 2 Warburtoms loaves reduced to 10p each. Thus my bg was only £5.19 whereas the first one was for £6.99. Thought I'd post to make others aware of silly mistakes we can make when hurrying.

On another note entirely, I went into the garage to get some potatoes for tea & realised I'd left the whoopsied fresh cream choc log out of freezer & on a worktop. Thought I'd taken it out at lunchtime so had a cheeky slice. After eating it I realised that it was in fact yesterday I'd removed it from the freezer! Hysterical is an understatement!! I've got a really severe vomiting phobia. I've been googling to find the odds of being ill & how long it takes. I'm so terrified. Not only was it past sell by date but left for 20hrs above temp.

That is great news... but I do know the feeling.... only too well, each year blends into the next.

Building the house is OH's midlife crisis (which means he gave up his job and is slaving over every part of the job single handed!). It we were married, I would have divorced him.

We had the roof on the house, there is 'sun room' aka the little bit stuck on the side of the kitchen, and the 'utility' aka the slightly bigger bit stick on the other side of the kitchen - these two bits are not roofed.... I am hoping for Easter as well!

My motto is 'do not have any expectations.... then he cannot disappoint me.'

    :D:D:D:D:D

OH is self employed but not working much at the minute. He is doing a lot of it himself. He has had a couple of joiners working for a few days for the trusses. Plans on doing roof tiles himself. I would rather pay someone. we are in a good position as the slower it takes to build, the more £ we can save. No money left for the inside but we will cross that bridge when we come to it. Maybe use my retirement lump some in 20 years time. It has taken us 3 years to get this far.

You will be fine I am sure. I expect your garage is just about as cold as a fridge. ;)

Reminds me I have 30 profiteroles sat on the floor of my porch. :o

Took them out to get the 2 meal deals in the freezers yesterday but there was no room whatsoever in the fridges, camping one full of cheese and I also got a whoopsied curry meal yesterday so along with my industrial sized tub of mayo and the huge bries, no room in the indoor fridge either.

No one else wants to eat the profiteroles I must not buy them again.....
