    Good morning all, doesn't look too bad out there.

    Happy birthday ILGD.:bdaycake::bdaycake:

    As you said you did nothing wrong but they are concerned about how you reacted, just take the coaching calmly, listen to what they say and carry on. If you make a fuss it is only going to make things worse, and please do not say to them that you think you have mild autism, it may well be the case but it is unproven and they would almost certainly see it as making excuses. They will see that as reacting badly too.

    You have been there so long they must know you by now, they know how you
    normally are, so carry on as usual and treat the coaching as an enjoyable distraction from your normal routine.

    Please do not do anything rash.
    Thank you for this
    I wouldn't mention anything to them as they know I have some physical problems and they are quite dismiss ive of my DDA statement so I try to not rock the boat there as well.
    I try to stay under the radar as I just do my job and go home......its easier.
    The manager did hint that she was stuck in a work, work trap moneywise and I think the fact I only do half a week, save loads on everything by glitching and get to go away to Spain about 8 to 9 times a year grinds a bit but I was never given anything, I did it all myself (god that sounds conceited).
    The problem manager has only been in our office about a year so some are saying they move around a lot for a reason and will soon be gone, I hope so xx

    Good evening all :)

    A question for those who have been to Iceland. My DS and I are going there over the February mid term break. It is better to pre-book your excursions before going, or is it better to book them once you are there please?

    We are thinking of doing the Golden Circle tour, northern lights, whale watching, snow mobiles and dog sledding.

    Many thanks.

    :) My friend pre booked all her trips before she went...... but when they went to see Northern Lights they didn't light up the sky that night.
    So she had to book another trip there & that company offered a free second trip if no show on first.
    So worth researching if Northern Lights trip offers a second trip free :)
