  • Quiet day, lots of sleeping, bit of lurking on here, had a NSD which I am quite pleased about.

Just discovered I am 38% tight.

  • has anyone been to m7s for a reduced turkey? i went in earlier today & the ones with today's date had only been reduced to half price so went back around 7pm to get one reduced more only to be told by the manager that they've been told by head office to only reduce once & if not sold to send them back for a refund???? :(

These aren't my points bubbs, the pic is of a friend's points from a couple of days ago.

I know we have all been getting mixed results up till now, however some people have successfully spent many hundreds of pounds of glitchy points so far and there is still hope for the rest of us over the next week or so.

My four orders are still being processed, so I have no idea if I am going to be lucky or not. However, I am still hopeful.

I think what I am saying is that if you have been lucky, this has probably been the most lucrative glitch or recent times. Even if you haven't been, do you remember the last glitch that generated enough excitement to make you want to log on to a website dozens of times every single day to see if it has worked for you or not?:rotfl::rotfl:

So that would be Henlans picture:cool:

    That Prosecco is OOS now.

But this was the code from while back expire 31st, it was given to those that had done 2 online orders within a certain period of time I think.

It will soon tell you if it's not valid for you to use. And if you have ever had delivery saver that is the other code Di mentions for free delivery, although I think there must be other more recent ones.

Doesn't matter whose it is really, looks like most people's orders like mine did not work out :( so well done to anyone who succeeded - those of us with failed orders (or didn't place one) are jealous :o.

Hey hunny, sorry to hear about your granny. Really hope that your X-ray comes back ok.
    Sending big hugs x

Logie so sorry for your loss :(

Thank you for all of your kind words x

I have a GP appt tomorrow so hoping to get an idea of xray results then. Radiographer said today that they can take a week but I know from past experience that if there's a problem the turn around is easily within 24 hours, So if the results aren't back tomorrow I'll feel more confident that nothing too much to worry about.

During my day out today I did manage a couple of bargains. Got some little nets of xmas chocolates in Superdrug for 10p which I saw mentioned on HUKD.
In Ms was looking at some fish for tea and they had Birds Eye Inspirations Salmon with chilli and ginger sauce at £1.49. No sign they'd been reduced on the SEL but the rest of the range was £4 a box.
My favourite deal though was in Home Bargains. Kirstie Alsopp recipe journal for £1.49. The same as this...

Anyway, best get to bed in a bit. Catch you all soon xx
♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥
