    Ok for those of us not getting our ponies how about some £4 bronze award Prosecco to bring in the New Year. :beer:

    http://www.tesco.com/wine/product/details/default.aspx?N=8134&id=262273010

    I actually have managed to order it for £1.50 a bottle. :o As I still had not used the £15 off code that some of us got and the free delivery code still worked for me. :D

    I think both these codes are due to expire on the 31st so just in the nick of time. :T

    EDIT: for anyone catching up this is apparently OOS now.....

    EDIT NO 2: Back in stock as of 23.56pm 29/12/15

    :)

    I'm free :D

    Thank you for your encouragement

    Pleased I've done it, as usual with their meanness & every fiddle going - they have done me over like a kipper regarding owed holiday pay & hours etc -why did I bother to try & get it?
    It seems as my notice was till 29th Dec (which is my last normal working day) instead of the 31st Dec (which is not my working day) I have lost out on December pro rata holiday pay...... !!!!!! !!!

    Ended up with 4 hours holiday pay when I was actually owed 1½ days...

    Also it seems if I hadn't turned up today they would have been able not to have paid me the Christmas Bank Holidays. Bet they were gutted I came in :p:p:p

    No thank you - so why am I bothered - it just cements what I already know

    :beer::beer: I believe in Karma ;)

    Double-you, tee, eff!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    In fact that last bit I've just written is, really, worse:eek::rotfl:.

    As if it makes any difference. I've no idea why it does. I'm going to leave now anyway, before I start becoming annoyed at people's failure to use swearwords:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

    :D:wave:

    (As usual. and with that being in the middle of your post, I've just noticed that and nothing else. I've no idea what else at all you were saying in the rest of your post sorry:rotfl:.)

    I'll just add, on reading your post, that if they use the rules, they use them sometimes to work against you - or maybe they've done it that way, at the very right moment for them, in order to avoid having to pay you more. But, remember, we on here use the systems of organisations ourselves in our favour. It's a shame, perhaps, that people normally don't behave in the way that organisations do in some respects. They're always there to protect their own interests and have expensive lawyers to do that. The ordinary person does not behave in that way to protect themselves all the time. Maybe, to some extent, they should? Imagine that though - I bet it would make life for everyone more difficult, slow, cumbersome, annoying and more confrontational. That's it - before I can put my debit card into your payment slot (I said slot:D), I'll call my legal team to see if I can authorise it...:eek::eek::rotfl:.

    Dare i ask . Did they buy you anything for a leaving present ?

    Nothing from them, they didn't even sign the card, but work colleagues bought me flowers & a gift voucher for local Jewellers :)
    if you think they have done you over speak to acas,they are really helpful.onwards and upwards.:)

    I've never had a contract, or a wage slip until 2 years ago, was paid in cash - they are so slippery :rotfl:

    You expect me to remember whether I have tried it. :o :eek: :rotfl:

    I don't think so but I went back loads of reviews and they are all good and as I didn't want to let the codes go to waste I just ordered the one box for £9. :D

    I did look for you and it does contain sulphites. :(
