Actually I was in the dog house last week for buying that 60 profiterole kit. We never even started on it but I did read the profiteroles could be frozen when I opened the big box couple of days after, they were in two smaller boxes so one box is inside and one out. Taking up valuable meat space really. :o

Could really have used the space and got some beef mince yesterday.......

I picked up one of those yesterday for 15p. I've frozen the profiteroles & the 2 pots of sauce hoping they'll be OK to eat later. I'm presuming the golden shapes will keep for ages. I also got a large fresh cream Xmas log for 6p. I've cut through it in its packet & put baking parchment between the pieces so I can remove a small piece at a time. There's only 2 of us so we can have some if we like or take out more if we've guests. Mind you only cut into 3 pieces so will probably get eaten quite quickly!

I haven't frozen the sauces besides not having the room I thought we may have eaten it xmas day, I definitely was not thinking straight there. :rotfl:

Jolly nice hot chilli pepper. Our local waities' had some reduced to about 30p. Straight into my curries and freezer it went.

When you chop them up, you need to seriously wash your hands afterwards. :naughty:

    Evening paw sniffers:D

Sounds like a few of you have been out and about today. I made it into M&S and was well impressed with the sales.

Unfortunately I had to buy a loaf of bread and buns at full price:o
