Hi gang! I'm back home.
My phone went totally kaput this morning and hasn't gone back on since. It's an old iphone 4 and fortunately I had an old one in a drawer and have done a successful back up from the cloud (back up was from 8am this morning so I didn't lose any holiday snaps :j)
The only downside is I can't get checkoutsmart anymoreMy phone can't upgrade to ios8 and that is needed by the latest version of the app on the app store. I haven't backed up to itunes for years so I can't restore the old version of the app that way....anyone got any ideas if/how I could get it back??
TIA
was the iphone charged. (i now see it was)
when my i4 went, i had to charge it fully. then hold the home button and on/off button for about 10 seconds. it worked and i was back in business.0 -
Just catching up after a fun filled evening with our neighbours. My face hurts from laughing so much.
Another grammar school girl here. The same school as Geri Halliwell attended, although not at the same time. Anyone else go to the same school as someone famous?0 -
Hi All
Trying to catch up on all the amazing offers here, this thread moves so fast..
Bob
That's my fault:rotfl:. I keep posting new wombles and different things.
I know I slipped off straight away after one of my posts in the early hours of this morning (which is maybe unusual for me, although I do have to go at some time) and thus missed the start of the thread:o:rotfl:. I am however slipping off again, as nice just to get other things done.
Bye for now - see you again!:D:wave:0 -

My sister went to school with Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Was at uni with Eddie Izzard, though don't remember him. Apparently he did his first impromptu stand-up at a party I was at, but I don't recall.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Not a grammar school for me

I'm back:rotfl:, as just 'forgot' one receipt, that had dropped out onto the floor:eek:.
Not 10% cheaper again:rotfl::rotfl:.
They like their Comfort 33 Fabric Conditioner:rotfl:. This time it's not so good - it's a positive contribution to the APG; I was going to say it doesn't lose for me, and in that sense, it doesn't but it could have been £3.30 vs £2 x2 and therefore it has lost £2.60:rotfl:! It loses for the person who bought them and got them for 2 for £4 and nothing back for them!
1x Comfort Creations Bluebell Fabric Conditioner 33 Wash (1.16L) £2.00 £2.00
1x Comfort Creations Snapdragon Fabric Conditioner 33 Wash (1.16L) £2.00 £2.00
Sadly they still buy Walkers Crisps:( (Walkers eye-level Crisps), whatever version they are:eek::
1x Walkers Quavers Cheese Snacks (6PK) £1.00 £1.50:(
Wrong size of Smirnoff:p.
1x Smirnoff Premium Vodka (70CL) £12.00 £14.00
The Mince Pies don't lose as much as they could do (2 for £1.50 real price), although they are vs T at 2 for £1.78 (that's the only comp. which doesn't lose):
2x ASDA 6 Mince Pies (6PK) £1.78 £2.00
Probably buy Hoppers 6 pack at 64p in M if you can find them - as opposed to the M own brand that are brought out with big offer labels and, to me, more prominent in M.
2x Lucozade Energy Orange Fridge Pack (6X380) £6.00 £4.00
But you may think may as well not have bothered here as they also put the 70cl Smirnoff on the same receipt, so Smirnoff and Lucozades add up to the same price and cancel one another out. However, in effect they do together contribute £1.80 to the APG.
Some of it lost:
2x Nestle Nobbly Bobbly (4X70ML) £3.00:( £4.00:(
That's enough - goodbye for now again!:wave:0 -

I saw the Cracker Crisps mbuy for several days even though others said they didn't see it and it continued to work on the APG. They eventually caught up though and the glitch on those ended a few days later.
Are some people looking in the 'wrong' place though? The mbuy might well be there, on overview screens, but I think it needs to be on the individual product pages. Even then, if lots of them are showing mbuy on their individual exact product pages, it's always possible that one of them is absent the mbuy on the individual page and that that one would continue to fail to pick up the mbuy. I saw the Cracker Crisps mbuys not just on the overview though (the page that show several different versions of products that come up immediately from a search) but also on the specific product pages, which is why I say I saw the mbuys but other people apparently didn't.
Overview page (example):
http://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml?&cmpid=ppc-_-ghs-_-brand-dsk-_-bing-_-asda#/search/muller%20single
Product page (example):
http://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml?&cmpid=ppc-_-ghs-_-brand-dsk-_-bing-_-asda#/product/910001390057
Absent, on at least that one, for me. As far as I know, and I can't spend time doing individual detailed check of every product page, it looks like they are all not showing any mbuy at all. Fwiw, the mbuy is not showing on any on the 'overview' screen for me.
I can see mbuys on three at the bottom of that overview screen underneath "customers also searched for...", in the form of "£10 for ??3.00", fwiw (and there's an mbuy on a fourth one, not relevant, which is a multipack) but the individual product pages for those three singles are not showing any mbuys. The multipack does show "2 for £5.00" on its product page (underneath where it says "ADD" - I think that's where it needs to be in order to get picked up by the APG - it's possible that a "View all" icon on that product page might mean the APG picks up it even if not showing under "ADD", and it is showing under "ADD" on this page (but I'm talking now about the hypothetical situation of if it was not), but I reckon it's the one showing under "ADD" that gets the mbuy. There's nothing either way on the product pages for me of the individual Mullers).
Bye now:rotfl::D:wave:.0 -
