I've been all emotional reading your Christmas messages .......hoping we are all having a good day in our own way:)

Canap!s made, soup in warming oven , turkey cooked yesterday but beautiful piece of beef in the oven, veg prepped and ready to go.....can't think of desserts yet:rotfl:

Afternoon all, my gang are having a good Christmas - there is a huge variety of posh, exotic and unusual, Japanese and German speciality food and alchol to enjoy

Our only crisis is that we have run out of hot washing up water

eldest sons GF has had a very bad cold and cough so she is dosing herself up every 2 hours

Youngest son should be checking in now for his flight. I've sent him 2 messages to ask him to message us when he has checked in or at least before he flies -about 01.20 out of Hong Kong international - needless to say they have fallen on deaf ears.
I will check flight departures to see if his plane goes off on time but keeping awake until that time is going to be a struggle - only got to 11 last night
