Ordinary thyme would be fine, or a mix of herbs if you like the leminy taste a little lemon zest or juice with the herbs. Xx

Thank you both.
Thyme used with a smidge of grated lemon and added to the butter, it's all squished together waiting for he to do the gross job of separating the neat and skin tomorrow morning :eek::rotfl:

Evening all - I have decided to give up on glitch shopping to spend more time with my family :A ... until at least Boxing Day anyway .

We could always start a list of what we have forgotten to buy - I have forgotten pork pies - thought I had some in the freezer but now remember we cleared party type food last month .
