 Its hailstoning and gone a funny colour out.
    Glad I am inside :D
It's gone a funny colour here too, but no hailstones. An hour ago we had blue sky and sunshine.

I think the BBC news at 6.20 is going to be Julian Worricker. Doesn't change any of its substantive content though.

Mind you, they might bring someone else in with it being similar to a Saturday. Perhaps they'll be two people, with JW on the News Channel. Anyway, it's waffle about inconsequences. Keeps us thinking of other things though.

Get home to find a delivery note from postman, item needs signing so taken back to sorting office but can't be collected until the next business day (29th) when did they start that rule, it used to be 2 hours after the attempted delivery.

Probably because it's Christmas Eve? So annoying though when that happens - at least it involves a bother of a journey to the sorting office:(. They sometimes leave things in the backyard for me and don't push them through. That's probably a bit better.

Well lovely letter in the post for me this morning.

A parking eye letter stating I was parked 35 minutes longer than allowed on a retail shopping park, a fine for £100.00 or £60.00 if paid in 14 days

So annoying Sarahdol :( We had 2 for the same retail park for visits to a pet shops vet clinic a week apart. We did go over the half an hour but only because the queue was unusually long and we were in there longer than the usual 10-15 minutes. I read the parking fines bit on mse and decided to contact the store that I visited - Jollyes and ask if they could help. It took them a while but they eventually got the fines cancelled :T I did have to pay a £10 cancellation fee but was happy with that. Worth a go :o

Hope everyone having a nice calm day as we are...going to hit tosco and morribobs for reductions later, wish me luck :rotfl:
