Today's run was Liskeard, Looe, Callington, Tavistock (had to cross into blasted Devon lol), Launceston - so factor in £10 of diesel. Cornwall has quite a few, mine have been mostly Spars & butchers.

Where about in Cornwall do you live:)

Home Bargains 2kg Maris Piper 79p - you need to wash them, look good quality

:rotfl:Not sure why. 2Kg Maris Piper in Aldi is 39p. And the ones there are not unwashed.

[That said, 79p for 2kg price (=98.75p per 2.5kg) would have looked good on prices we were getting:( (in other words when I was frowning about the expense of potatoes:rotfl:) before this excellent Aldi offer came on.]

    Impressive.

I popped in to the dentists, I had "forgotton" to buy some flossing bits and specialist toothpaste on my last visit, tracked straight away and was also given some freebie sample size toothpastes - useful for short trips abroad as under 100ml. Tracked straight away.

After the Boots website fiasco last night, I bought in store using a couple of coupons I had. I reckon I'm about evens as something was on an offer in store that isn't online.

hi which amex do you use and what is the offers???

    tia

All Amex cards are eligible to participate but you must register first, either through your online a/c, or (for Amex Amex cards ie Amex-issued & BA) through cardmember offers http://www.cardmemberoffers.co.uk/#shopping

or for bank-issied Amex (ie Lloyds, TSB, Barclays, MBNA etc) Amex Connect https://network.americanexpress.com/connect/uk/en/default.html

The deal is £5 credit on your statement wys £10. Unlimited number of times. Only once per card per outlet.

Whilst you're on those sites, have a look at Superdrug £5 back wys £10.

Supplementaries VERY welcome to sign up as well as Amex want as many people as possible to Shop Small because that's how they prove their value to smaller shops (despite the higher transaction fee).
