Hi,
I have just joined this site so excuse me if this posting is not in the right place, but I would be grateful for any advice.
I have a second house that was inherited. My son daughterin law and grandson live in the house and they dont pay any rent. Do I have to have landlord insurance for the buildings or should it be just normal house insurance.
Thanks
TraceyC

Only if the "normal" Insurer are aware of the situation and are happy to cover it, most standard Insurers will not be prepared to offer cover for this type of risk0
