Bosch fan oven help

I hope someone out there can help as I know nothing about ovens.
I have an electric Bosch Fan oven (model E-NRHBN131250B/01) where the fan has stopped working. It should come on automatically when I switch on the fan oven or grill but nothing. Lately, I've got to flick the fan through its vent to 'kick start' it into life after having the oven on for about 15mins. The oven is roasting at this time so I think the heat is then keeping it going.
I think the motor is bust but I'm not 100% sure. Replacement motors are £138 from Bosch so I want to be 100% certain before I buy. Would there be anything that could affect the fan in any way (ie thermostat)?
I have seen a chap on Youtube replacing a fan motor and it looks straight forward but anybody out there have any experience with Bosch fan ovens and had the some problem? THANKS IN ADVANCE

It's likely the fan is goosed, usually the thermostat controls the element not the fan, before you spend £138 sovvies (and fit it yourself) phone a local repairer, get a quote over the phone, sometimes these guys have access to parts, cheaper than you and me.0

Can't rate http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk high enough. Post on their forum with model number, symptoms, etc and someone in the trade will reply with fix advice, or how to get a spare part.
I have used it a few times, and always satisfied. Got my spare parts on time and fitted! Saved £££s in engineers fees.
PS They will tell you if you should get a man in, they don't advocate fiddling about with appliances if you are ham-fisted or a complete novice..!0
