You are incorrect. I have added my name to the account and if I order, now I have a choice of person to receive the parcel.
I was asked to log in, then taken to settings and asked to type in my name after my husband's with a - or / between .0 -

It certainly looks like it, I had a thorough search through the account settings and could not find a way of doing it, if anyone knows how then I will be happy to be corrected.

The account already had my email address, as my husband doesn't use one, home address and phone number..besides, as Azari mentions, I had the password to access the account.

I arranged a return/refund online with Amazon last week and the email specifically gave instructions not to attach anything to the parcel and, as Tomtontom says, DPD bring the label with them.
Some people just like to create drama.
I know it mentions the no printer protocol , in the email, but that is not clear at website stage.

I always find that the service on the on-line chat is the best option.
Online chat was not available when I tried, but I have always found phone good , in the past, regarding enquiries about products or problems with orders and have never been refused help as I'm not the account holder, before.0 -
Well, you can only do that if you have access to the account password.
And 50% of the population can simply say they are the account holder (which is what I have done with companies on a couple of occasions when doing something for a friend/relative).
So I don't think there's too much to worry about.
I have access to the account, as I reset the password some time go and I do agree with you about people pretending to be someone else, but it is a little more difficult if your voice doesn't sound like one of the opposite sex.:D0 -
