I made the salted caramel (really yum) but was usually too lazy to actually heat it up and put it on - they were quite yummy without.
For no-bake ones I've just taken a regular cheesecake recipe and prepped it in ramekins rather than a 9" round tin. (We have varying size ramekins and a regular recipe usually fills 10-12 including our two huge ones.) It's a bit more faff in the fridge figuring out if the ramekins can/will stack, but once they're all set you can store them wherever.0 -

Hello everyone!
Day off...spent 20p on crisps yesterday, £1 chocolate and £6.50 on yoga. I appear to his mislaid a £10 note I took out of the cash machine as well.
I also spent some on a food shop (can't remember how much - will dig our receipt soon) plus 81p paying it forward on a good deed.
Today I paid £400.00 more today debt making a total of £1510.02. I guess I beat my 10% target for the month.
This is currently covered by my savings but I am getting to the end of them now and erring into stoozed money set aside. I have to be a little careful here but I'm just one right side of it.Debt: £11,640.02 paid in full! DFD: 30/06/20

Have tucked £3.06 away to bring debt repayments up to 13% but haven't paid it into the account I make debt repayments into as there is no interest payable on that account. And there is in my other account.Debt: £11,640.02 paid in full! DFD: 30/06/20

I've spent £1.00 on chocolate.
Also, I was intrigued with the notion of 'daily interest' on the mortgage as mentioned in numerous other diaries so I calculated mine or thereabouts: £3.59 a day!
Kind of wish I hasn't done that now!Debt: £11,640.02 paid in full! DFD: 30/06/20

Spent just over £10 yesterday on mostly rubbish food and good value coffee for work that looks like it won't be such good value for much longer.
Also, just made a smoothie using frozen fruit from Aldee. It's really good value - 5000g/pack. I hope the price doesn't go up later in the year when fruit is out of season.Debt: £11,640.02 paid in full! DFD: 30/06/20

Hi,
Just stopping by to say I enjoy reading your diary.
Also - thank you for the amazing salted caramel cheesecake recip & idea to do it in ramekins!! There is finally a use for the million Gu pots I have !0 -
Hi Tinkerbelle & zcrat41!
Nice to have you over here!
Sorry I'm being a bit rubbish at updating but I am still in assignment hell and have absolutely no motivation to do any of them whatseover!
In other news, it turns out that I am entitled to a tax rebate of about £400. Yippee!
Also, does anyone have a chiminea? Is it worth it? They've gone down in price as it's the end of season and I was thinking of purchasing one. Or a fire pit. (Could I use that as a bbq as well?)
Also, have just made some lovely HM lemon and lime body scrub as a present for someone. It's really good, cheap as chips to make and people are always really, really impressed with it as a gift!
Anyway, got to go. It's my day off work (unexpectedly) so I need to do some studying, especially as I have just had to spend hours complaining about bins to the council!:mad:Debt: £11,640.02 paid in full! DFD: 30/06/20
