Retailer cancels order

Hi there
I am after some advice please.
During 'Black Friday' I made a purchase for a Lenovo 2 in 1 laptop from Very.co.uk for £299, with it I bought antivirus and an additional warranty.
Pleased with my bargain, I then awaited delivery, following Tuesday antivirus arrives, emails from Very tell me the remainder of order to follow.
Then out of the blue, a week after Black Friday I get an e mail stating order has been cancelled, with £299 refunded.
In the same e mail Very recommended a number of products one being the same laptop I purchased but now £150 more expensive.
So I now have no laptop, but have been charged for the antivirus and a warranty to go with a computer I don't own.
I have e mailed Very, but like hoards of customers they don't reply.
I feel really cheated, paid for products which they tell me is no longer available yet advertised and available even on the sister site Littlewoods. Also out of pocket for the antivirus and warranty.
My questions if anyone can help,
Are they allowed to cancel the order even when I have paid for the goods.
Secondly the antivirus and warranty are useless to me how can I get my money back, when they don't answer my customer query.
At present out of pocket by approx £100.

If no response from Very, how did you pay - do a debit card chargeback or credit card section 75 claim?0
