    They also have some of the largest customer bases too. Like marleyboy I'm not clicking on a DM article, but it is a bit of a non story unless it compares the complaint numbers to their number of customers.

    Well they insist on calling their victims "customers", which is something a business does, so, yes, they should be included as they clearly have a business>customer idea of operation.

    I nominate Vodafone, they excell at being abysmal.
  • I can understand my bank Barclays being on the list. What a bunch of amateurs, especially when you want to sort out their stupid computer which blocks your card for no good reason 'an unusual transaction' and it takes over 30 minutes on a phone call.

  • NPower deserve it. They are so incompetent.I've had so many problems with them lately. Looking to change supplier in the new year :eek:
