They also have some of the largest customer bases too. Like marleyboy I'm not clicking on a DM article, but it is a bit of a non story unless it compares the complaint numbers to their number of customers.0

I can understand my bank Barclays being on the list. What a bunch of amateurs, especially when you want to sort out their stupid computer which blocks your card for no good reason 'an unusual transaction' and it takes over 30 minutes on a phone call.“Learn from the mistakes of others.
