Quidco- How does it work?

Hiya, Just been on to quidco and it looks interesting but what I want to know is who it benefits most? I don't do much online shopping so would it be worth me signing up? Does it work like pigsback where you can do click throughs and sihn up to news letters and still be paid? Thanks in advance for any help :D

I *have* looked and searched but not found the answer to my question:

Having just signed up to Quidco, I'm wondering how it works with places where I've bought before - Tesco.com and Play.com for example.

Do I login with my normal details or need to set up a new account or something else?!
