Hi,
I've chosen to put this under "home phone" since "internet access" doesn't quite seem appropriate.
A good friend of mine recently introduced me to:

This form of interent telephony allows people to make international calls abroad for free!! I haven't used it myself but wondered if others have tried it? My friend can't stop raving about it!

This form of interent telephony allows people to be locked into one provider and make international calls abroad for free!! I haven't used it myself but wondered if others have tried it? My friend can't stop raving about it whilst SIP and 1899 VoIP don't even get a mention. MY friend and I both use kazaa.
