I have a card with RBS which I have a dd with. They always take this on 1 of the month. This month they haven't taken anything. I have made payments to the card throughout the month, as is normal for me, but they usually take the direct debit. Any ideas why they wouldn't take the payment?

You need to read your statement to see how payments affect the DD. Maybe they have changed it recently. Has the total of your payments exceeded the minimum payment this month, did it in previous months ?0
