Plumbers - Plastic pipe and high point in boiler circuit

My builder has moved my boiler and the new pipe run is in plastic and also has a high point ewhere it passes over a steel beam.
I am concerned as I have a 'heat store' system with the tank kept at 90C and obvioussly the boiler circuit hotter than this, especially when the tank temperature is reached and the boiler and circulating pump swich off simultaneously. Is plastic pipe and fittings ok with this temperature? It is not pressurised.
Also, the new pipe run passes over a steel beam so a high point exists I guess about 10 cm rise in total. This is in the main plastic run so is a swept bend rather than with corners. I am concerned about the risk of airlocking and also what would happen if the boiler did boil.
The builder and a surveyor have assured me that this will be fine but I would like further confirmation before the run is burried in the ceiliNG
Thanks

Hi
You should have no problem with plastic pipe as long as it is 'barrier' pipe. Look on the pipe and it should tell you ,or look at an offcut end on and it should have a 'ring' like a tree growth ring.
The first metre of pipe from the boiler should be in copper.
The high point should be ok too if the boiler should overheat it will only do it once as it will cut out and not fire again until someone resets it.
