Car crash - third party insurer is rubbish and I have no rights to complain

    When you deal with a third party insurer then you have no contractual relationship with the insurer that is covered by the FOS.

    Why does he need to delete messages for you to send him a pm? He is right - third parties have no right of complaint to the FOS.

    You have very little chance of Quentin doing that, he works on the basis if you have something to add to the discussion that it should be on the public forum.

    The Ombudsman will only deal with non customers of the Insurer in very exceptional circumstances
