Mightydeals won't refund me for faulty item

I ordered a refurbished mobile phone which turned out to be faulty. I returned the item and received a credit voucher to my Mightydeals account, which could only be used at Mightydeals. I told them that since the item was faulty I wanted to be refunded back to my Paypal account. After many emails I finally was told that I would be refunded to my Paypal account within 5-7 days. That was a month ago. My further emails have been ignored and I am still waiting for my refund. Do NOT trust Mightydeals they are a scam company.
Can anybody make a suggestion on how to get my money back?
