MyHermes contact number

Has anybody got a phone number for MyHermes? I've just been in the live chat queue for half an hour only to be disconnected when it was my turn. annoyed much, hell yes!
Anyway, buyer has gotten in touch today to say that they still haven't got their parcel and when I checked tracking, I can see attempts to deliver last week. Is there a way to find their local depot?

I usually deal with them via Twitter.

But, if you want to call, try 0330 333 6556.

I find that contact them through a form on the website always gets a response and a problem sorted. It can take up to 48 hours to get a reply though. I think sometimes the delay is because they are waiting for the local manager or courier to get back to them.

I'm not on Twitter but messaged them through Facebook, but like you say it may take 48hrs to get back to me and I'd rather it was sooner rather than later.
  • Contact isn't quick because they don't have depots as such, the local driver is usually self employed and will need to be contacted and allowed time to reply.

Be patient. They may be slow but they have always sorted any issues I have had.

We have a big depot in our town, so I assumed most places are the same. I'm usually quite happy with them, so hoping they won't disappoint me this time either. I'm just wondering how it's going to affect my sellers performance now, as you can see from tracking attempts to deliver last week but according to the buyer, there was no card left.

Sorry, I thought you meant a depot as in where the drivers work from - usually lorries take the parcels to the drivers, certainly that happens in Devon and Cornwall. There is a delivery of sorts to Plymouth but it's not a depot you can call, just a parcel hub.

If your parcel shows the acceptance scan within time, it won't cause an orange blob on your late metric, regardless of when it's eventually delivered.

No! Not even couriers are allowed to have depot contact numbers so customers don't stand a cat in hell's chance of getting it :rotfl:

Our local courier has to go and collect from the depot. Apparently sometimes it is like queuing at a petrol station during a fuel shortage.

Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

I gave that number 6 months ago. I suspect the OP has sorted out the problem.
