If you try to return these and keep the points, then I think you're borderline fraud there. Tesco will notice this mistake, it's just a matter of whether they're going to void the points (which will cause a backlash of returns and complaints), or give us the points. If they see some people are returning their items with the intent of keeping the points, don't be surprised if they consider it fraud.
