Removing ex wife's name from bank record

I hope this is the right place to ask this. I got divorced 10 years ago. I have lived in two houses since then. I have no joint financial dealings or accounts with my ex wife. We had a joint account when we were married. I have just moved house, and I've started getting letters about a historic account we had. It is so old the branch could not find a record of it. How have they linked her name to this address, and how do I tell them to unlink. I don't even bank with Lloyds any more ( although I do have a Halifax credit card) this has been going on for months. Can I complain to anyone? Thanks in advance for any tips.

Letters from who? And about what?0

If you've got a Halifax credit card, you're still a Lloyds Banking Group customer, so they'll be able to find you quite easily.
The fact that you divorced is of no consequence - you and your ex-wife were still the customers for that account, married or not.
If the account is now closed, the branch won't be able to see it.
What does the letter say?0
