Samsung Help

Hello,

Would appreciate any assistance on the below:

I have purchased an s5 from EE in July 2015. Due to a faulty update from Samsung, my s5 stopped working and I contacted EE to get it repaired. They told me to either send it through them or go straight to the Samsung store (which they said would be quicker). Sent it through Samsung store but the phone came back damaged with scratches on the rear cover.

I contacted Samsung but they said its not their problem and EE should deal with it. EE don't want to take any responsibility saying that as I did not send the phone for repair through EE, they cannot investigate (which I was not made aware of).

Is there anything that can be done in the above situation please?

Thank you.
