I ordered a roller coaster knex set for my son for Christmas but had read a few reviews suggesting sets were being sent out with pieces missing... Anyway I decided to check the pieces (that was a labour of love my son will never appreciate 
) and yes some were missing. I checked the website and found the link to ordering parts and tried to place an order but they ask questions to validate your claim which I couldn't answer so I emailed them explaining and within an hour had an reply saying not to worry and the pieces would be sent and they arrived the next day!! I was completely shocked and impressed and if and when I buy more won't worry at all!
