Just submitted my update, I have managed to do it with 6 months to spare :j this was helped by remortgaging 2 years ago to a far better rate of interest. We have an appointment to remortgage again at 12 today so am unable to update my challenge until I have a better idea where my figures will be. This is the first time I have hit my target after a couple of these challenges so stick at it everyone, slowly but surely we will get there.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Chart 10 apologies for the slight delay
I can't quite believe there are just 6 months to go!!
On that note should probably start thinking about T5, how do people feel it has been working? any comments?
I'm behind on my target (not sure exactly how much as can't quite face doing the sums right now) as i've had no incomings for 3 months but am now picking things back up & hopefully will have a fresh opportunity soon, but I am also going to be going back to studying 2 days a week from Sept which will limit things but also give me something to enjoy.- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
- Student Loan gone

Hi Trix
Thanks for chart 10. I know what you mean it doesn't feel like 2.5 years since we started this challenge!
I for one would be up for T5 - I find it so helpful but I see from the chart there are not many of us updating each quarter.

Thanks Helen, yes not many pop up every quarter but hopefully some will return at the end to let us know how they have got on over the whole period.
I did wonder if 3 years is too long but there are plenty of other shorter term challenges set up & it is good to plan over a longer period & I guess teaches us about rolling with the punches of life that happen- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
