Introducing meat and dairy back into my diet- what to expect?

IBS.
Although Id recommend light version, ie, tuna instead of salmon, chicken instead of red meat and skimmed milk instead of the normal semi/1%/full fat tripe.
I'd say the dairy would cause the most issues, due to whatever they're doing to cows milk these days.
Thanks
I've actually experienced nothing, except a bit of constipation. Going to up my veg intake again and that'll hopefully sort it out.
I have actually noticed a few beneficial things, the biggest one being that my migraines have disappeared and also almost all of my stomach bloating has gone!0 -
Really interesting to hear your reasons for going back to meat. I have never eaten meat because I don't like it and dairy gives me health problems so being vegan is easy for me. I definitely agree with you about the way veganism is portrayed and as soon as someone finds out they immediately judge you. I hope this goes well for you!My debt free diary
