Have a look on Wayback Machine to see if there is a version of their T&Cs available for the date the agreement was made.We don't unfortunately and I believe they have updated their website since this issue was raised.0 -
It does indeed seem that the notice about refunds (or lack of giving them) was not included on the website in the past. I'm not sure where that leaves us though?0

In the absence of something saying you CAN have a refund, then you have no legal right to one.
It doesnt matter about anything else.
Is she able to transfer the credit to someone else? May be worth looking at.0
