Noddle help

Just registered for noddle. This went smoothly for me.
My husband though it said they couldn't verify him.
Any idea what this means?

It means they can't verify he is who he says he is.

Were his credit card details accepted? Does he have another card he can try? Was there anything else to the message as to suggested next steps?

Same reason as Callcredit's other online service give.
In some cases the card details or personal information supplied when you registered may not match our records, or we may not hold data about you. For security reasons we will be unable to provide your online credit report in these circumstances.
Can try querying with register@noddle.co.uk but if they cannot match anything may not do any good.

Have heard people say if you get the statutory £2 report by post first, as that should be obtainable as long as ID can be verified by conventional means, giving all previous addresses etc then that may link things up enough in some cases, but if there is no data to verify against regardless then again may not help.
