DRO Budget -HB Query
I am filling out a DRO budget sheet and have a question regarding housing and council tax benefit.
The DRO is just for me.
My wife and I are both on the tenancy for the council property we live in.
A recent letter which is a breakdown of HB and CT reductions is addressed solely to my wife.
What should I do with regards to filling out the budget for income/expenditure?

Personally I would put down what your expected to contribute to council tax, which I'm guessing would be tax minus benefit. I'd also be prepared for the amount to be queried, you may be asked to show your contribution is fair and not inflated0

I am named in the paperwork received by the council.
Also, when filling out other areas of the budget, am I supposed to do it as a single person rather than a couple as the application is for just myself? Its a bit awkward splitting things is the reason I ask.0
