missing last paragraph of email in outlook win10

have received an email in my outlook box. when i access via my outlook account in win10 via start menu shortcuts the last paragraph of the email is missing.

when i access from outlook.com in browser the last paragraph is there.

anyone know what am i missing or doing wrong?

    Only showing a preview and not the whole email?

    I gave up with outlook many years ago when it used to download attached virus files automatically. What a stupid idea.
