Any advice on getting 'limited access' on Paypal account removed?

About a week ago, I had a phone call from paypal letting me know about some suspicious activity on my account - which on investigation turned out to be a payment of £1035 from the paypal account of someone I have never heard of, followed by an attempt to deposit said funds into a bank account I have never heard of in two lots of £500. I told paypal that the transactions had nothing to do with me, and they have reversed them all thank god, and I have changed my password and all that gubbins. The problem now is that I am stuck with 'limited access' on my account which means I can't send or receive payments with it.
The paypal resolution console thingy stated that in order to get my account reinstated, I had to fax contact details of my 'supplier', which was impossible since I am only a private seller and mostly sell junk from around my house or unwanted gifts. So I called them up this morning and explained, and was told that they would sort it. Now I have received the following email from them:
Your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this time. We need more information about your account before we can proceed with the appeal process. Please complete the steps below so that we may review your account further:
In order to proceed with the investigation of these funds, the following information must be submitted to PayPal:
1. A full description of the item that was purchased, and the value of the item. If the payment was for a service, please describe the service purchased.
2. Confirmation that you received the item or provide tracking if you shipped the item.
3. Details of any other payments you sent or received that were related to the above transaction.
4. Any information regarding the relationship or business affiliation you may have with the above party(ies).
5. Email communication or written correspondence shared regarding the above transaction.
Now given that the unauthorised transaction had nothing to do with me, and I have already explained as much to Paypal via the resolution thingy AND on the phone, does anyone have any ideas at all on how to proceed? Any help at all appreciated.
PS: Dave Brooker, if you're reading this, closing my paypal account and using eBid instead is not an option I am willing to consider.

I'd persist with Paypal on the phone. Their human support is much better than their email support. My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
