If the "bovver boys" I see hanging near where I live are anything to go by, having Left and Right printed on their shoes would be far more useful to them.0 -

Even if that's what's happened here, are they really going to offer a refund on a customised pair of bloody trainers before inspecting them? At this stage they don't know if the trainers are defective or just a case of the wearer expecting too much from a brand new pair of trainers not being broken in properly before using them to go on a long walk?0 -
The right shoe felt uncomfortable the moment I set off on my walk but I thought they would bed in. I use cushioned Nike sports socks to protect my feet.
I'm sure there is a manufacturing defect in the trainers. I'm not looking for compensation, and as stated in my opening post, just looking for advice on whether I can send them back for a refund.
Anyway, regardless of the sarcastic remarks above, I've spoken to the manufacturer this morning and they'll allow me to return them for a refund.
I don't post on here very often these days and am disappointed to see that people jump to conclusions and attempt to ridicule those asking for advice rather than try and help.
Sorry about people on here, they do seem to get off on this sort of thing. Glad you got it sorted.0 -

You must live on the posh side of the road, the opposite side wouldn't have a clue that those funny shaped symbols are letters and put together they make words.
