It's a bit odd, when I signed out and pressed "compete" the form appeared. There was no confirmation except it suggested I signed in again. I did but still nothing to confirm entry until I tried to enter a second time and it came up with a message "you have already entered".Alice came to a fork in the road. I couldn't get on by website. Have an xperia phone (Never again!) and downloaded the lounge app. It was a nightmare to enter on that, kept playing the ad when trying to enter. Got it done in the end, after about 5 attempts !
Not much help, but maybe the app isn't sony only and you can try it on tablet/phones
Checked on play and compatible with my old HTC and Samsung might be worth try2017 WINS
