Which is the best help to buy Isa please we want to get one set up this month but unsure of who to get it with.

Without a doubt it's Halifax, 4% interest trumps the competition.
Only condition is that you have not paid into a cash ISA since the start of the financial year. If you have, you'll need to go with a provider that offers the ISA within an ISA 'wrapper', in which case Nationwide will fit the bill but only pays 2% interest.
There is nothing to stop you opening the Nationwide ISA now and transferring it to Halifax at the start of the next financial year.
I note you say 'we' want to set one up. If you plan to buy a house with another first time buyer, open one each in order to double the maximum potential bonus the government can give you.0 -
Thank you that was our guess I did own a house for about 2 years which was sold 10 years ago so I am not a first time buyer unfortunately, but my wife is so she's taking it out.
