When I first started posting here, it seemed that most winters someone would ask what do with pheasant: usually Old Stylers who had moved to the country and were surprised by the profusion of these tasty birds. I go beating several times a week, can get hold of more phesants than I know what to do with, along with teal and mallard. We give an awful lot away to friends. I hate to see them go to waste.
