Hi i signed a trust deed in 2011 which is now complete but 2-3 years beforehand i recieved some money in ppi redress which was spent.
I obviously had no idea (wish i was a mind reader) that I would then sign a trust deed so can someone tell me if the money i recieved will now not have to be repaid to my trustee 7-8 years later?

If you're asking what I think you're asking then no, the redress was paid before you entered the trust deed, hence the trustee has no right to it.0
