Can someone point me in the correct direction for altering my address for these comps? My address is now showing up as completely different to what it is but it won't let me amend it on the entry page - if I put in my house number and postcode, then click find address, it just spews out a random address that I can't edit. It's been doing this for weeks so doesn't seem to be just a temp glitch.

I have been all over the site but can only find my contact preferences, not my personal details.

That won't work for me as it doesn't pull up the correct address for me even when I input my number and postcode. eg I put my address as 1 Santa Street, NP1, press find address, it then asks me if 4 Reindeer Road NP5 is my address.

This evening I noticed my house number was wrong on House Beautiful, one digit out.

So tried to correct it using their update contact details link but it didn't load- I'd already tried adjusting it on the form that comes up when you go to enter.

Used the contact email address and explained the issue, so will wait and see what they reply.

I know I didn't put the wrong number in as I always check before entering anything with my address.

As the neighbour whose number appears on my account is usually out when deliveries arrive, it's usually me that takes them in for them! So I doubt I've missed any wins.

Sorry to bump, but I've had this problem for months.

I got in touch with them and they said they'd amended the address on my account to my correct address but upon entering again it had reverted back to the incorrect address.

Inputting house number and postcode doesn't work as it just gives me a random house number on our road. It won't let me input my correct number at all.

The one that was wrong and wouldn't amend- which I contacted them about- had corrected itself the next day when I was about to try again.

I'm keeping a check on those in case it changes again.

I got in touch with them today and got an email back just saying 'request actioned.' I don't know if that means that they're looking into it, my email has just been seen, or they've received it!

ETA - They've changed my address on the Cosmo site, which has pretty much ignored everything else I said about it happening across all Hearst sites. It really needs a tech team to look into it because I know loads of other people it's happening to too.
