Help needed with changing address on magazine dailies

I'd really appreciate someone explaining how I can change my home address in my contact details for the magazine dailies as I can't see where I can edit it. Thanks

For example go to goodtoknow

Log in, you should see account details

You'll have to do this on all the mag dailies

When you are logged in to the left side should be "Competitions Home" and under that "Account Details"

I don't do them but had a look to see if I could find out how and discovered I must have registered on the site (what's on tv) ages ago as I found an address from over 5 years ago on there.

How do u change your details on real people mag pls, it's not like the dailys to edit. Can only seem to alter news letters etc not personal info. Thanks

I had a look and can't find how to do it, enter a comp, it will show name, address etc, change your address, enter, go to next comp, see if your address has updated

Try that, let me know please?

Just had a play with that and it seems to work - changed address, entered one of their comps and new details showed for the next one, logged out and in as well and it kept the new address.

I moved house a few months ago and could not change my address on Real People neither. I emailed them and explained in my email what I was wanting to do and gave my new address. I got a reply advising to go to my account and edit so I sent back a reply saying you could only amend your preferences.

I then received a reply saying she would advise her tech team however in the meantime if I gave her my new address she would amend my address. I immediately replied that my new address was in the email however I gave it to her again. This went on for over a month, no reply, then when I chased her she would reply asking for my address :eek:. By this time I was nearly shouting if you read my very first email and subsequent emails I have given you my new address in every one of them.

I also contacted them via facebook but that too was ignored for a couple of times and eventually a helpful guy called me. If I remember rightly I had to go into the daily bit where you pick the three numbers (I never bother with the mag dailies) and I think what you describe below was how we changed it.

Cannot believe six months later they have still not sorted out such a simple task like changing your address :mad:

hi did what you suggested and worked a treat managed to update from the dailys entry. Huge thanks for that it was driving me round the bend! :rotfl:
