Ok, truth is I had a relapse today. I went into town to try and combat my fears of crowds and people, ended up in an anxious state in a coffee shop and left without finishing my drink.
Feel much brighter now, my friend told me something a while ago when I was last down. The feelings I have will come and go, a bad feeling means a good feeling is next/on the way. This helped me today, it helped me focus on the next feeling (apparently the 'next' technique is used by self help guru Michael Heppell and sports psychologists, particularly with footballers, don't focus on what went wrong in the past, focus on what will go right in the future).
Have listed 20 items of clothing on ebay, don't expect much to come off it, but glad I did it, every little helps.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020

By the way, check out my signature, i worked out today that in 6 months I have paid off 44.67% of my debt. Considering i started the year (literally january 1st) in an UNarranged overdraft, with over the max maxed out credit cards, this is great!!!!!
Ok the figure is a little inaccurate, the majority of the debt 'repayment' has come from having my credit card limits increased, but according to my new motto I am choosing to focus on the 'POSITIVES"Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020

To report
Cashed out 5 quid amazon voucher through pinecone research, going to go towards my nephews birthday present coming up in August, or my dad's (also August).
Listed several more items on ebay and updated my ebay spreadsheet.
Have maintained my 4 pound weight loss since the 12th.
Also........I have a job interview! Next Tuesday!
It is only a year's contract but it could see me go to both weddings in style and PAY OFF MY DEBTS!!!!!! (As long as I am sensible and don't start spending all the money :rotfl: )
Just had a house inspection by the letting agency we're with. Reported the damp, broken drawers and clothing rail, hole in back garden wall and stiff door, felt a bit embarrassed that ebay and charity shop stuff was EVERYWHERE but actually the living areas were in a pretty good state.
I feel like everything is coming together, the house, the job front, my mental health has picked up.
A bad thought crept into my head today and i told it to shush.
Boyfriend will be here for lunch soon, then off to the post office to post ebay items, and then i will treat myself to a new Ironing Board. Rock and Roll!!!!! :rotfl:Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020

I don't want to bring politics into this, but I am gutted over the EU referendum result. I can't tear myself away from the news.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020

To focus on the positives.
Yesterday was my second girls football club session. I am particularly proud of myself for going as my friend wasn't going, so I would be with people I had only met last week. The old Flo would have been stressed as hell and probably would have used it as an excuse to not go, but I was determined to and it was great. It was a slightly less intense session then last week, but we still played a game at the end and the great thing about it is it is real value for money, it's £4 for an hour of play officially, but we often end up playing for about half hour extra as the venue still remains open until night time.
Went for a pitiful jog yesterday and am determined to do at least 3k today, saying that my foot quite hurts, so i will have to be careful.
Need to round up skip items today as we are going to the skip tomorrow, finally the house is becoming a home.
My boyfriend has been really good on the home front, he has been buying storage containers, fencing and paint to do up the house a little bit. I generally think we live in a great house, but my boyfriend hates all the little things that are wrong about it and it gets him down.
Going to go through the house in a Marie Kondo way, I've read her book twice now, it's kind of like my reference guide.
Just going to check my ebay items for sale and then crack on with the house.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020
