So I got Barclay's First Additions on 2004 to my best memory effort.
I only started using the insurance for a Laptop & Mobile Phone from 2013 when I registered my Laptop and Mobile Phone online though the insurance service.
I made 1 claim on the laptop insurance in 2014.
I cancelled the service as of this week Dec 2015.
Is there a possibility I can get my account fee's back from 2004 to 2012?
Cheers.

Possibly, if you can show you had no need of any of the benefits...don't forget they may have charged you less on ay overdraft you might have had so that will be a benefit...Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Plus the cost of the claim you made will be removed from any refund.
Don't use obviously contradictory complaint reasons such as "didn't know I had it" when your claim indicates you did and the bank will have records of sending you details of what the account offeredSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
