Not posted after 12 days

I purchased an item on 23rd November and paid instantly. 7 days later it hadn't been marked sent and heard nothing from the seller so I queried if it had been sent yet. They replied saying no, that the box they were going to post in wasn't adequate and they had another sorted and would send this week. So I've waited until today, still not marked dispatched and nothing arrived with my post this morning so I decided enough was enough and started an inr and asked for my money back. The seller has now responded again saying they have the box and are posting on Monday if that's ok. 2 weeks later-no thankyou. I've just requested my money back now. Theit feedback from selling in Sept was saying how good they were and quick to post. There's no feedback for the other 2 items they sold at the same time as the one I purchased. I don't get how it can have taken almost 2 weeks for them to think about getting it in the post, never mind not bother to keep me informed until I chased them!

Either no intention of selling it buy needed some money for something else and used it as a free loan. Or maybe just lazy?

I had one a few years back, bought early december and nothing arrived 3 weeks later, sent them a message and they said they had forgot to post. still no item so contacted them again and got no reply.

I opened a case and they didnt respond to that but replied to my previous message saying they were ill and couldnt post it. They forgot that i can see their other feedback for stuff bought and sold and managed to collect a large dolls house during their illness.

They said they were going to post the next day, 7 days later i got my refund and no parcel. A week later it arrived in a right state all loose inside a bin bag. I chucked it behind the shed and its still there if they want it back.

They've responded to the request for my money back saying they will sort it Monday when they're home.....they're replying in the resolution centre so how difficult is it to press the refund buyer button in the inr case?

If you escalated it to customer services on the date it says you can and if they did not upload any tracking to show it had been delivered then you would receive a refund. If not you would have to accept it, unless the delay meant you couldn't use it anymore and then you'd be able to open a case for not as described.

I can't escalate until the 13th apparently so will see what tomorrow brings in terms of a refund. Just annoyed me that they've had my money almost 2 weeks, haven't bothered to post the item and despite replying in the resolution centre where they could close the dispute by issuing a refund they're saying they'll sort it Monday. I thought sellers had to post within 7 days for protection?

Amazing how a bit of a prod from a INR case motivates them into finding a suitable box and getting it sorted.

Dont forget to leave suitable feedback and suitable stars. Why are you not able to leave a zero on the stars? If you dont select 1 or more it doesnt get counted does it?

well monday night came and went without the refund that was promised, when i asked they said it would take a couple of days to go through, yet they are still buying on their account now according to the feedback being left for them daily.

Im dying to leave feedback now, my fingers are itching to leave the neg that they so deserve. From what I can see, theyve not received feedback for the other few items theyve sold recently either, id love to contact the other buyers and see if theyre having the same trouble. But im being patient for now, I have to wait until the 13th, another 4 days to go.
