Meal Planning - WK 7/12 - the run up to christmas begins!

I've got to go out and buy a loaf of bread and some eggs. So, for the rest of this week, I expect I'll be eating:

Wednesday: Scrambled eggs on toast.
Thursday: Scrambled eggs on toast.
Friday: Scrambled eggs on toast.
Weekend: Probably change it up a bit, being the weekend, and it'll be Scrambled eggs with beans on toast.



Same again next week if I can't think of something better/different that I can be bothered to do.

Mon - Lamb Shank casserole & jacket potato
Tues - Crustless Quiche & Salad
Weds - Chicken Fajita
Thurs - Beans on Toast
Fri - Casserole FF with Yorkshire pudding
Sat - Chicken Curry & Rice

Breakfasts: Porridge
Lunches: HM chicken soup / tuna wraps

I could eat scrambled eggs every day I love em. Have you tried poached?
