Hi there,
I am trying to help my parents with a mis sold dongle product, they were sold the product over the phone by one.com but the service is provided by vodafone.
I have not been able to get through on the phone to either company, no response to emails or their service call backs. Whenever my parents get through they passed between the two companies.
I want a copy of the sales call, contract and notes held do i need to request this from one.com who did the sale? Or should vodafone be able to supply all of this as the provider and one.com just being a representative for them?
Many thanks

A copy of the sales call will come from the company making it, but all companies do not record calls. Where they do, there can , also, be a charge.
What and how do you consider something to be mis-sold ?0 -
How did they pay? Try charge back from bank or card as item is not what they were told it was.0

What makes you think it has been miss sold.
' I Want' will get you nowhere, they may only deal with your parents as they are the ones who made the purchase.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
